Are there a lot of pins for sale?

There were today! We had over 150 different games at the show today in the free play area alone. That is not counting the games that there were multiples of or the games in the vendors booths.

Yes, there were. Let's just hope that tomorrow's potential tournaments are actually tournaments and not what they were today. For instance, the women's "tournament" was was one solo, three ball game on T2 for each of the participants.

Not to worry, we will be having more tournaments today. The tournaments we ran at the show were in the same format that they have been for the past 17 years. One game per person and the highest score wins. We have been giving out prizes for the first 3 places.

Pinball Star is having their WOZ WPPR points charity TOURNAMENT today 10-3 at the PinballSTAR booth for those who want something a bit more competitive.

We will also be having a special tournament where the first place prize will be an Steve Ritchie Autographed Star Trek Translite, second place prize will be a Star Trek Translite. Both of these great prizes were donated by our friends at Cointaker and Stern.

Despite the horrible weather and closed roads, we had a great turnout, There were 168 machines on free play yesterday including Metallica, Star Trek and many other games in the vendor's spots. The rainy weather sparked some spectacular deals in the flea market area and many people left very happy with the deals that they made. The weather is looking better today so today should be an even better day. See you there!

I spent most of the day at the show yesterday and I am very happy to say it was a great show for inside vendors & people with machines inside. I really felt sorry for the guys outside but weather is always a risk when selling outdoors.

Lots of good titles at the show - and most of the machines in the free play area were is surprisingly nice condition. I thought some people might decide not to bring their super nice stuff out in the rain but that was not the case.

Foot traffic seemed really good for York - again kind of a surprise with all the rain. So it looks like Brandon & Rich are off to a great start.

Best of luck to them & everyone at the show today!
