The appeal is too limited to sell.
If someone's buying a head to head game for their basement it'll be foosball, table tennis, or air hockey, because all of those are way cheaper and require no maintenance.
As far as operators go, it's way too challenging to work into a location due to the shape and where the players have to be standing. Also would take up too much space for the money it would make, that space would be better utilized by having multiple games of a more convenient footprint.
