No on the skateboarding.
I'm in the mid-50's group, so I think I'll just stick w/ activities like mountain biking on trails/roads, canoeing & kayaking, hiking, bowling, and pinball.
But I did do adrenalin rushes all day on my b-day at the water park.

This use to be my brother's skateboard.
I'll go find somewhere around here to ride it, and will report back if any wipe-outs and injuries occur.

Quoted from sparechange1974:

Got up, thought I dislocated my shoulder. I then had my wife hold my arm while I pulled back and man did that hurt. When I couldn't get it back in the socket after like 3 tries I went to the ER. Told the doctor how it happened and how I could not get my shoulder back in the socket no matter how hard I pulled back(with tear in my eyes) and he starts laughing. I asked him whats so funny, and he points to the xray and says you have a broken rotator cuff that must have hurt like hell pulling on it.

This is pretty funny the way you tell it. Even funnier when looking at your Pinside avatar (id picture).
