Quoted from timtim:

I skated for like ten years and stopped. But have been skating a lot lately.
I'm not too old at only 27.
anyways I was just wondering if any others out there still like riding a board?
PS.
Landed a new trick yesterday Half Cab Fingerflip

HELL YEAH! I'm 19 and I still skate everyday. Especially with this fall weather coming up.

Its not the best but it gets the job done

Ah, dude you need to skate Louisville's skatepark or Ollies skatepark near Cinci. It's a dream come true!

I Went to ollies as well. It really is one of the best parks, it's pretty cheap and its indoors!

Just picked up a Creature deck, excellent concave and massive pop. I can nail insane ollies with it. Anyone ever skate Independent trucks? Are they good??

nice looking deck. Haha...man funny what a few decades diff'rence does Shit you had anything other than Indy 169 trucks in my day you were a leper!
Although I think i remember gullwings were big?

Thanks, brother! Hahah, yes. My friend skates Indys and loves them. I have been on Venture trucks for 11 years! Light weight but not too light! Thunders though... too light for me hahaha

Quoted from Darkwing:

Ive actually never skated anything but Indy's. They're not the lightest, but they're heavy duty and will last almost forever.

That's awesome, man. I may pick a pair up to try it

Back in 2007 when I started, Ventures were excellent! Then they sold out over seas and haven't been quite the same Still great! But not like the old ones that were made in the U.S
