Damn... $2,500 per night. 20-30 (think of legal age college boys w/beer and drugs) people make that 100 per person per night. Very inviting. The 7,500 for a minimum stay will most surely cover the damage costs of having that many vomiting/trashed/renters in your personal home. GLWTS, seriously!
