4 ball just seems off, because it is not the norm. If it works for you that’s great, but why not just go 5 then?
Not to mention, when playing hooked to Stern Insider Connection, would it even be allowed?

My guess is it will act similar to a TOPS tournament setting for situations where it is considered competitive. The game will set its own parameters, # of balls, difficulty, ball save, etc..
that would mean we can still have any settings we want for non-IC play.
