Toothy wrapper on this great cigar. My nose/taste is really coming back now, maybe 90% back to normal finally. Really enjoying this one. I ran out of ‘budget’ sticks I don’t mind sacrificing to a ruined palette so I’m stoked that I can appreciate the good stuff again.

Went by my buddies yesterday. He said he had something for me. An entire humidor full. These were the ones in the best shape. There was probably 120 old Cubans in there. If they’d been preserved and stored properly…I just want to kill him.

I know that feeling. I have leaves in my gutters that are more smokable than these:

Some geeky stuff.

I’ve been helping my friend with his coolerdor and dropped off some wood treated with boveda 84%. I added some more 69% packs. You can see the RH growing and the evenings the humi was accessed for a stick. I think I did some organizing on the big drop.

Another Fuente. I didn’t entirely light it with the cedar but I wanted that hint of BBQ again.

Well this has been a fun afternoon!

First USPS with a couple boxes of sticks then UPS with my next humi.

I’ve been a big fan of LFD chapter 1 and now I have a box of the 2s but I’ve never had them before. Not pictured as I wanted to get them in the 3rd humi asap.

Time to break out the 84% boveda bags again…

I wrote this down after seeing you post and was lazy about it. Apparently it's quite limited as I just cleaned out the last in stock somewhere a few minutes ago.

Last time I had one of these it was too dry cause the smoke shop had a bum humidifier. This one is much better.

This lancero was just super, this size is becoming one of my favorite vitolas.

It’s a shame that so many long/skinny cigars have been eliminated from Cuba’s lineup. The Cohiba Lancero and Trinidad Fundadores (technically a lonsdale) are my favorites, with Por Larranaga Monte Carlos being my budget pick (such a great cigar for the $, especially with 5yrs ago on them).

The long/skinny format gets almost no love from the NC brands, which 60 and 80 RG smokes being far more common than 40RG.

Hey I’m off the hook it’s not my game. Funny you mention that I was on the phone with my friend in ND when I walked into pinballplusMN repair shop and mentioned this game was in and he’s like….does it have the bats? No….

Got this as a freebie from my last order. Wrapper has some damage but it’s stall salvageable.

Alright SNES I have two more games for you to ID the one in the newspaper pic is in the top left.

Honestly, I am horrible at ID’ing games. Only reason I know Disco Fever is because I have had one on my wall for several years. Speaking of which, let me know if you need the banana flippers

I've only had one cigar so far in 2022. I'm getting over a case of "the virus" (very mild for me) and I want to get waaay past that before indulging again. I miss it terribly.

Yes...it was really good! So far all the BLK WKS cigars have been good to great!

You're in NUTLEY?! Why the hell aren't you smoking with us??

Really enjoyed this Placensia, took 3 hours to smoke! Gotta try that Alma Fuerte next.

Then this club stick from October seemed a perfect fit for what ended up a Bengals win!

It’s a little embarrassing how much I’ve spent with them this year. Wouldn’t surprise me if my name is hanging on a wall somewhere in their office.

I’m stocking up in case supply chain issues reach the same levels they have with Cubans or other things in this world.

I’m kind of frustrated with myself for not learning to light my sticks better until recently. Things are so much more flavorful it seems like. Great Caldwell as always
