Are we about to have a cherry/ash competition?
Am I going to have to find the longest cigar at my shop and smoke it vertically?

Nice ash! Now are you willing to put those skills on the line for a chance at a cool car?

That’s impressive! I was going to try on a Perdomo tonight but I am still trying to find the strength to make it to the garage. Was going to sit on the back patio but it started to rain.
Quoted from EJS:Happy Friday!
2 boxes came in!.....VERY Happy Friday!!

I remember visiting Cigar stores years ago and if you mentioned Jonathan Drew of Drew Estates, everyone in the store would start laughing. The comment was he did not make real cigars do they would not carry Drew Estates.
Then out came Liga Privada and they were almost impossible to find.
They are awesome cigars and they are killing it with a lot of their new stuff.
Wow does this one stand apart from the rest with flavor. I had to cut deep because the wrapper kept blocking the airway.
Shortly after lighting it kept burning inside but the wrapper was cold thought this was going to be a loss. I was nervous to torch it again because it’s already really hot and didn’t want to overcook. I tried anyway and now things are balanced out and hopefully no more surprises. Maduro indeed!
Ugh in the time I took to type that it almost went out. This ones going to need constant attention. Still enjoying.

One of my new favorite cigars.....
Here’s something that just happened to me for the first time. I was taking a puff on the above with the cherry that length. It knocked itself loose then the end started to flame as if it was being lit. Never had that happen before on any cigar and only lit this once.
Quoted from EJS:I bought one but saving it for this week
If you like those scented cigars, these are the best....
I don't mind them every now and then. Excellent quality from Drew Estate.
I just don't store them with the regular cigars....

I can see why. Yes they are like a special treat. Like those Macanudo coffees that I have every now and again.

Yes!
I keep a separate "igloodor" for a small amount of infused cigars. I do at times enjoy a Nub Cafe, Tabak Especial, Larutan (Natural), or Java Latte (or the like). At one time I kept them in my regular rotation, but I found over time that they caused me to lose my ability to taste regular cigar flavors. So now I limit them to once in a blue moon (or blood moon for that matter).
Quoted from pudealee:Right now. San Cristobal de la Habana, La Fuerza, in honor of my youngest son’s graduation from medical school tomorrow.

Hands down, this is the my all-time favorite cigar. The non-Cuban San Cristobals are a pale imitation at best.
