I recently tried a Gran Oferta, my first one from My Father, and it was exceptional. Need to branch out and try some of their other sticks before I commit to a box of theirs.

Nice. I’ll pick one up on my next trip over. Only thing I don’t like in a cigar is a tight draw where my ears pop and I’m looking for a skewer in the kitchen

I've tried a cutter and a punch on these. Use a cutter. My normal go to is an Ashton cabinet 7 or 13. After a big steak the Ashton eclipse is phenomenal.

Yeah I tried one out of those boxes I got for free. While I appreciate his generosity I couldn’t make it more than halfway through a stick. Maybe in college I could have had it. My tastes are starting to get out of hand. I’ve even outgrown baccarat and those used to be one of my favorites.

And I was trying to zoom in on the band to see if it was going to be a boy or girl.
I’ve actually thought of trying those “it’s a boy/girl” cigars. Can anyone confirm if they are identical other than the band?
A fellow pinhead/ non pinsider sent me a link to this short video about an old smoke shop that Churchill used to sit and smoke in.
Just had a don pepin garcia black on the golf course today...thought it was ok at first but the last 2/3rds were phenomenal. Smoked it to a nub.
I think as far as I can recall this is my first Aging Room. Love the draw. Going back tomorrow for other flavors.
