Any nationwide companies that will come to your home or business and do a complete workover of a pre-owned machine? Replace anything that needs to be replaced, clean anything that needs cleaning, etc...

Usually these guys will ask you to ship your game to them. Or you can probably go to someone local and drop the game off. Either way be prepared to spend $$$ to get it done. It's no small endeavour and usually you tend to open a can of worms the deeper you go.
