Sadly looks like the Hazard drop targets haven't been used well. Hopefully they will turn into a TRUE feature and not something like what happened with the Nightcrawler scoops in X-Men Premium / LE.
What are Nightcrawler scoops? Anyway, maybe you need to play the game because they are Nightcrawler pop up targets, and they work great. Sorry.
