"It's that time of year again!!!
To keep it simple for everyone, I'm going to run it just like last year.
First things first: If you feel that you potentially will not be happy, no matter what you receive as a gift, then I ask that you please do not participate. It’s the thought that counts and we want to keep this a fun, yearly event.
In years past, KLOV has had a Secret Santa program, and it has been very successful. Signups are open now through Saturday, Nov 12th.
I will randomly select recipients and send PMs out to the Santas after the sign up has closed. Santas should receive a PM with their recipient’s information Sunday, Nov 13th through Tuesday, Nov 15th. All gifts need to be mailed to the recipient, no later than the 10th of December (Saturday). Of course, this may mean some gifts will arrive after Christmas, but that is hard to avoid. There are no restrictions on who can participate, but I will publicly out anyone, who fails to follow through. I really hate the arbitrary cost limit, and always exceed it, but let’s consider $30 to be the cap. If you spend more, that is great, but don't feel short changed if your gift totals out to around $30 shipped. This is supposed to be for the fun and enjoyment of all.
I will not be spending my time constantly chasing down SS's and their shipping of gifts, but I might send out a reminder if I have not heard from the SS. If you agree to be a part of SS 2016, you also agree to be responsible and fulfill your obligation to the recipient. If a Santa runs into any issues, notify me immediately please. The sooner I am made aware, the sooner I can figure a solution to the issue. Once again, if a Santa fails to follow through, and does not contact me ahead of time (to solve the issue), I will have no problem outing them to the KLOV community. This IS the only warning you will receive for this.
Secret Santas: You need to PM me when you have sent your gift, please. It will make it easier for me on tracking.
Recipients: Please PM me once you receive your gift(s), so I can check it off the tracker.

Your email address
Your shirt size
Volunteers: If we happen to get any KLOV brethren that live outside of the states, would you be willing to still be a SS for them? I will need a yes or no to this please, as it will help determine which group you are entered into, before doing the final random picking.
Suggestions: I suggest providing a list of ideas to help your Santa out, but ultimately your Santa will decide what to give you. Not required, but if you update your Vaps, or your signature for your game lists, that could also help give your Santa ideas and direction.Please don't come into this with expectations, or have hard feelings if it's not anything on your list, just enjoy what's received. This is as fun of an experience as you make it!!
A couple of years ago some people were unfamiliar with what this entails, so here is a quick synopsis:
Everyone who chooses to participate is put on the list and sends me the information requested above. Once I have everyone's information, I will randomly choose recipients for each Santa. Every Santa will receive the list of suggestions and address of their recipient. They then locate a gift and send it to their recipient. Everyone who participates will send a gift, and receive a gift. Hopefully, we will not have any deadbeats this year, but if we do, I will try to cover for him or her, and publicly out the dead beat.
