Ummm welcome to the hobby. That said RUN; from any pin that does not meet your expectations; even if the price is really good. Since your not familar with fixing/diag on pins you want one in top shape. Buy from fellow members that have good ratings here. Game exchange is another excellent place as well as Trent. As you get more knowlegable then you can craigslist/ebay but even the best get burned at one time.
