Wife and I have a beach house in Destin under contract. Friend who owns one up the road has lost 75k in bookings because of the ban on short term rentals, but the governor somehow thinks hotels with elevators and common areas are ok and haven’t been locked down.
Anyone else affected by the Florida ban? I’m hoping it’s lifted soon as Destin is mostly Alabama, GA and TN travelers and not a vivid hotspot like Miami.
