Hi all,
We recently sold a Bally Hokus Pokus to a customer that would still be covered under our warranty.
The customer is located in Walker, WV and although our EM tech has spent time over the phone trying
to assist the customer with fixing the issue that has developed after the game was shipping, we've hit
a road block and would be happy to pay someone to make a visit to the customer and fix the problem
and get the game back operational.
