It might not even be up to the shows organizers. The city will have the final say. Believe me ultra didnt want to cancel a muti million dollar event. The city of Miami made them.
I cancelled my trip to miami. Got all my money back on hotels, car, tickets, but I could only get a travel voucher through southwest, because I didnt have insurance. So I said screw it I'm going to Texas pinball festival. Always wanted to go there, now I am.
I will also be taking games to MGC like I do every year. Nothing is stopping me from going. But i do know of a couple people in the area with concerns and might not be going to MGC. Having said that I'm going to both shows and I will let you know how I turn out.
