My right flipper's solenoid paper that wraps around it has come off and just hangs there. Does this matter, is there anything I should do to rectify this?

Tape it back on. It won't hurt anything electrically if it's not there other than you won't know the coil number or info.

Will do, any tape in particular? Masking or scotch?

doesn't matter if you care how it looks go scotch. some places sell new coil wrappers too if you want to go back to that stock look.

Transparent (Scotch) or clear packing tape. I've even removed the wrapper and used 3M 467MP on the back side and reinstalled for that factory look.
