I find using the search engine www.dogpile.com very helpful.

It searches all the major engines etc..

Look in your area for people that distribute pinball there are several in Texas

lots of guys use Wh2o for white water - so search for that acronym also.
TOTAN I would think 3k - $3500+ White water maybe 2500+ for nice one
