Actually I'm building something quite similar but using a saw horse at each end. Nice job!
I used 5' 2 x 4's so the playfield length(or whatever} can be any lenth you want, simple but quite effective, tapped the "tee" fittings for the lock knobs for 3/8" bolts and put them on both ends so they lock very well, you need them on both ends, one end is not enough, they also had 5/16" knobs but the 3/8" is much better, all from Lowes.
