The Shadow pinball I just picked up was fine for the first night then the second night I am getting this error message. I've tested 12v at both test points on the power driver and those are fine. But on the actual emitter board I am getting 1.3 vdc. Its just enough to produce a little bit of light, but I'm guessing this is where the problem is.

What should my next step be?

Also, F115 and F116 and J116 are all good.

Yes, I have reflowed every pin that correlates to the opto board. All the way from the the MPU down.

I actually got this one figured out. There was battery corrosion underneath the plastic pin clips on the mpu. You couldn't even see it unless you unsoldered the whole header. This was causing 2 pins to be dead.
