I've watched a few mylar removal videos where the canned air/freeze method was used.

I noticed there was quite a bit of moisture forming on top of the playfield.

Would I need to worry about planking issues? Thanks

I wouldn't worry, it's over pretty quick...If it works. If you have leftover glue you're going to be doing a lot more work than a little moisture.
