Wire guide install. These are small and the clear is really rough so I went with a hand job countersink to get the hole large enough to not chip when drilling. Check the wire size, get a drill bit to match with a stop and drill only deep enough to get a few mm down. I want the tighter hole to still “bite” when fully seated.
Blow the holes out, add some of Ron’s glue and tap, tap, tap it in just deep enough before it comes through the bottom. A ball will be the best way to set these in my opinion.

Couple holes need drilled which was common in these earlier versions. One by steps ramp support that is 2.5” long. They dimpled but not drilled through. No big deal.

I tweaked a few star posts to add some color from the plain old clears but easily changed if Gerry wants down the road.
