However, you could connect directly to the bus with a RS485 transceiver and capture all data. Decoding the bus is a bit harder because you need to understand who is sending but this can be done (tried that). There are other approaches which use strace to get that data or poke in the game memory. Nevertheless, this is not the focus of MPF so we did not investigate this further.
