    Quoted from futurepinhead:

That would require an HDMI to run it though right?

No, you can get a device like Google Chromecast or Apple TV and send things from your phone/tablet to the display, all wirelessly.

Is there am option to never logout? Mine timed out during the day which is a minor inconvenience.

    #269 6 years ago

As long as it's opt-in, that's cool with me.

Thanks for info on the timeouts -- my laptop did go to sleep, so that explains it. Hope we keep the option to remain logged in indefinitely though. (I'm in IT Security, so normally that's a terrible idea, but in this case, I'm cool with it. ).

Just wanted to give a shoutout for the app. I finally found a group of friends that had a great time playing pinball, and one of the draws was that they were constantly trying to beat their own scores -- and also avoid being in last place on the app. Made for a great evening, thanks!

To add on to #13 and #14, the filters should show what place you're in I'd think so there's some context. Maybe even have that as an option for all scores. It's easy to see the top 3, but what about the person who's 17th? Might be nice to have that ranking as an option.

    Quoted from Shredso:

I agree with high score of the day. That would be fine for my needs. Is it possible to make the day end after midnight? It would stink if we were playing and everything got wiped at midnight during a party.

I love how JJP games have a daily high score -- I wish Stern would've implemented that on their new games.

Am I just blind or is there no IMDN? (I checked a couple of weeks ago but couldn't find it)

    Quoted from SDTMinSTL:

There are 3 up the last time I checked. I made one of them.

I still don't see it... Am I doing something wrong?

Ahhh, I always thought styles wereally applied after I added a game - I guess I got lucky that T2 and MET were alreday in the regular list! Thanks for the head's up, I'm good now!

    Quoted from Shredso:

Hoping tournament support is added by New Years Eve! I know, very unlikely, but I try to get people involved in playing on NYE and this would be a perfect way to track the prizes. I will zero everything out for the party if I have to.

Couldn't you add extra machines in the app for the tournament?

    Quoted from Shredso:

Do you mean add every game again and call it tournament or something? That could work, might be confusing for non tech people.

Yeah, that's what I meant -- I haven't tried it to see what it looks like though, so not 100% sure if it's feasible. It'd hopefully let you keep your current scores tho.

    Quoted from Bos98:

Some iScored feature enhancements that could make the above significantly more robust would be the ability to let a person create a sub-user account under a paid user's Game Room and require the paid user to approve the initial account creation.
On subsequent logins/scans of QR code, their initials would be known already cutting down on data entry.
Conversely, whitelist IP addresses where the "Public" URL could be accessed so only someone connected to your LAN would be able to post a score, or some form of Geofencing.
This would allow for more security, and give the ability to do things like setup a competition in iScored, alert location patrons of new games added or if one of their scores got bumped off the board, and I am sure much more if I had to really think about it.
I am not sure if pezpunk is still around here though or taking suggestions.

Even better would be to toggle the public link on/off. So turn it on when the party starts and then turn it off when the party is over. This limits the time when someone could mess with the scores.
