im in. mine is missing the entire topper. all i have are flashing lights.
Very cool. Is the foil stamping going to be an exact repro of the original? Either way this is a huge deal.
So, cool. I'm in for sure. Will there be a link on your website on the 15th for the starting pre order??

The link will be on the site on the 15th and we will start accepting orders.
I would be super curious to see how many of these get pre-ordered. Assuming the word gets out enough I would guess, a lot!
CAN'T WAIT to pick this up from PAGG. I am looking forward more to getting the topper than the show itself!
Quoted from Methos:Wonder how many of us will purchase more than 1 this time around....
Did they do a remake once before?
Quoted from jrivelli:Did they do a remake once before?
I believe Methos is referring to when purchased NIB. This has never been remade before.

Correct....

Got it. Thanks!

SACRILEGE!
Quoted from Sparky:SACRILEGE!
Nope. My topper is cracked and faded. Sacred to death to try and flatten it or re-color it. One of the last parts I need before my WH2O is ready to restore.
I will send ya a PM. (not about the restoration)
Quoted from TwistedPins:Here is a test sheet before the embossing
Can't wait to see the video of this in action... Thanks
Not that I am going to steal your work, but I'd be super interested to see how you go from the mold you created to the finished topper. Is there a name for the process? And do you stamp the foil (or whatever the material is) onto the mold or is it a whole different process?
The topper is available for purchase right now. Here is a direct link

Those prices are extremely fair too.
Great job on getting this done!
Quoted from loren3233:Will you be bringing a few extras to the show to sell outright?
Yes we will have some with us. If you want to pick up one please PM me for my phone number as we won't have a table set up at the show.
Quoted from Squizz:Tried to order, but your web page does not like my visa and now home address
We have fixed the issue that was causing issues from people trying to order from Austrailia. Thanks for your order!
Quoted from NM:Curious when you'll have a video out of the topper in action?
Yes, video please...
Thanks...
Quoted from zippydapinhead:So awesome! Are you going to be able to sell just the dome/tubs? I could use one for my FT.
We will be releasing the dome also just by itself in the next few days.
I like the idea that this comes pre-attached to the white plastic topper...so that I don't end up with bubbles by trying to do so myself.
Dan
I don't own a Whitewater but I am always glad when people make a quality reproduction of a hard to find part.
It looks weird in the photos, the original seems more detailed, deeper embossed - the foil part. Be interesting to see if its just the way its been pictured, but I guess video will tell...
I know that ones got creases....
Surprised they announced/put it up for sale before a video...

That material is very difficult to photograph accurately.
Quoted from RobT:That material is very difficult to photograph accurately.
Yes it is. It took about 5 attempts to get the one we have up. The micro embossing of the foil does make it difficult.
Quoted from jhoward1082:I'm most likely in for one once I see video
We will have video up by the end of the weekend if not sooner. Ran into some board issues with my personal WH20 and it isn't fixed yet. We have sold several to people who will have them in there machines at PAGG this weekend and we will be there to get video. When we originally tested the sample in my machine before signing off with final production it worked like the original that was in the machine.
Mine is wrinkled, bubbled, and cracked due to drying out. ANY replacement should be better! (Even more so if your game is missing their topper!)
So long crazy, $800+ ebay prices! You won't be missed
Quoted from KingPinGames:im in. mine is missing the entire topper. all i have are flashing lights.
I need pretty much everything to assemble a new topper for my wh20, these look great!
Is there anywhere I can buy the flashing light strips for the topper?
Quoted from dsuperbee:So long crazy, $800+ ebay prices! You won't be missed
True, but most were in the $400 range. It had to be really, really nice to command $800.

I am making the control board and will very likely do the lamp strip as well

Is this what your looking for?

Great news mate, brilliant.
I knew you were working on the control board, if you could do lamp strips as well that would be awesome.
Very keen to buy them when done.

Bump for the OP; not sure if you saw this?
