I pretty much said the same thing in the RGP thread.
Certain titles have known problems. Some games are well known for blown out playfields, others can be known for flaking backglasses, or others can be known for destroyed plastics (or other parts).
If you remake a part that isn't typically flawed or commonly damaged, then there's a likelihood that not many of that item will sell. So using that as a gauge for remaking more parts for that game won't always give an accurate measure as to how well other parts will sell. You also have to look at what parts are commonly damaged on that particular game--is it a part that 90% of the games need to have replaced, or is it just an unlucky few?
In any case, any new parts are always good
