What makes you think they are tooling up from scratch? How do you know they don't have 1,000 built, cleared and populated playfields all ready to go?

Nothing is being done from scratch, chicago game has been around a LONG time. Work has been done, but again, this project is over a year in the making.

The only way they are associated with Wayne is trying to help the people he screwed. How in any way is that a bad thing?

I don't know what they have or haven't done. Also, I never implied I did. Neither of us know, but you are the one talking about what they have and haven't done which I don't get.

Nobody has asked anyone spend $8k on something sight unseen. PPS asked for $1K fully refundable deposits to be paid to distributors to secure your game. All the info, pics, video, everything else you would expect from purchasing a yet to be released game will be available before anyone asks you to spend $8k on anything.

This would be Automated, but if you go to their website they want $8,595 shipping included. However, their web site can sometimes be years out of date.

Who offered free shipping? I've never heard that.

So, out of the two companies you specifically listed, one of them isn't even a reseller for MMR and the other has a rep for holding back and jacking the price. That's your argument that they are so easy to get?
