Strangely enough, while I hate them, paypal has been very good in the one pin transaction we've used them for so far. When the buyer's funds were not picked up by us within a couple hours, they actually called him on the phone to check out what was up. I was impressed. Of course, this hardly makes up for all the scummy things they do otherwise...
