Titan is always great, the order is out their door same day/next day. Marco is good. Cointaker has been good to me too, but only one order so far (not counting TBL, which was through them, not from them). Also a plug for Mod Couple, usually very quick and complete.
Good to hear about Ball Baron, I've been hovering on an order for a while now.
