    Being a process/manufacturing engineer, I find that factory to be a mental anachronism.

    I’m nerded out because it’s awesome pinball stuff, no doubt. And there is some neat stuff going on. I always love looking at how people do things in manufacturing.

    But I also want to scream and shout about their complete lack of ESD control and no apparent lean process implementation. If they weren’t in a place I have no desire to live, I’d be banging down the doors with my resume.

    That's a pretty hefty resume to be destroying a door with it...

    Offer them some consulting services and payment could be in the form of an AFM, MB and MMR.
