Also, here is a picture of some target decals that I picked up off of eBay. I think the white targets really looked unfinished and these fit perfect.

Wow your ghost is turned way to the left in that photo.
You may want to adjust him - in the service menu set ghost to "Center" and install him facing forward, slightly to (your) right.
In the game menu, select SERVO TEST.
Use the flippers to select what you want to test, and press ENTER to execute. The tests are:
Ghost Left
Ghost Center
Ghost Right
Door Open
Door Close
Targets Up
Targets Down
Hell Up
Hell Down
Loosen the plastics, unhook the ghost, set his servo to CENTER, then re-install him as shown in Rockrand's photo above (centered but slightly to the right)
He snaps in place on the servo, and the plastic around him keeps him in place.
