So my game is at my weekend place and gets played every couple of weeks and it's cold while we're not here. I noticed last time and again this time that there seems to be an issue with some of the insert LEDs not being on - pretty much one on each shot. Obviously all the LEDs haven't gone and it is some sort of electrical or connector issue as last time it was intermittent over the course of the weekend. Got here again tonight and same issue.

What's the best place to start trouble shooting anyone please?

thanks

Quoted from herg:

Probably a wire has come loose. Look up the lamp matrix to see whether those lamps have a row or column in common. Track the common wire back toward the backbox until you find the disconnect.

Ok thank you - I searched and it looks like they're all on Row 4 Red/Green. Will get under the hood in daylight tomorrow and see what I can find.

Quoted from Pinball_Freak:

Yeh BG is pealing but Spooky are sending new ones to Australia in container with ACNC’s and some TNA’s due end Juneish. Even though out of warranty Spooky are replacing them for us. Cheers

New Backglass received and installed. Thank you SpookyCharlie - much appreciated. That's what you call service.

Quoted from benheck:

I know we said 150 of the ORIGINAL UNIT... but what if we Vaulted this with new art and better mechs?

I'm not sure the machine is well enough thought of to have much demand - much of its appeal is the rarity. (I'm not bashing it, I own one).

Spooky has always stood on its integrity and trustworthiness. It may sow the seed of doubt that any future titles sold as limited aren't really?

Quoted from Medisinyl:

Hoping to reveal the full set in late April if possible. For now, here's a teaser of one piece of the full set I'm working on (prototype shown--some changes have already been made from this version):
It will likely be offered as an all or nothing, numbered, limited set. As all pieces will be cohesive to the "world under glass" vision for AMH, I imagine most (that like mods) would want the full set anyway once seen.

Very Nice! Interested to see the rest of it for sure..

Can someone please post of pic of their Helovator servo mech area under the playfield? Just want to see what sort of printed bracket they have. Thanks.

Quoted from dendoc:

Thanks mate. That's the same as mine but different than the files available to print. Just have to hope my glue holds up.

No worries, part of the Aussie batch as well which I think was right at the end of the run so may have changed as Ben said.

Quoted from Betelgeuse:

As for the scoop, you can try changing the coil power in the menus or bending the assembly slightly to see if you can get it to be more consistent. It can be difficult to dial it in and keep it there, for sure.

On my copy I also use a small piece of felt furniture slider trimmed and stuck on the inside wall of the scoop to help control the eject to a consistent (ish) spot on the left flipper. Trial and error to get it right and it needs re-doing over time but it works for me.

#1893 2 years ago

Yep. Without the felt it's straight down the middle regardless of what power I use. With the felt I think it creates some 'bounce' when exiting the scoop and sends it reliably (ish) to the left flipper.

Where did folks buy their art blades? I can’t find any

Mine came from Mi Pinball Refinery years back but they don't have them on their website any longer - may be worth asking?

Quoted from Happy81724:

Thanks all, I’ll probably go with the pin graffix

These are the same as the ones I have

But I like these ones more!!
