I finally joined the club and love the game, such a fun and campy pin! So much to discover, and definitely not the easiest game but definitely right up my alley.

I have a quick question though. Although the interlock witch seems to be working correctly, when I start the game I get a coin door warning on the screen (it sometimes happens during the game too) but the interlock does not trigger (i.e. flippers and coils work). Any idea what might be causing these 'ghost' interlock switch triggers?

Also, sometimes the ball gets stuck behind the bop bumpers and even hellavator (whatever that scoop is behind it), any quick recommended fixes for those?

And man, that fan whistles louder than a steam train...

Is the information on what switches are being used available somewhere, the switch matrix does not seem to have that information and I'd like make sure I order the right switch if needed.

I'm on v23, and had to disable the 'door warning' as it would happen randomly during game play even if the door was not opened or interlock switch triggered. To me it's a safety feature as now it does not say high voltage is disabled when opening the coin door so I'll just have to trust the interlock switch is working. Anyone know of a fix for this, or if V23 is the last one will there be no fix for it?

Quoted from shelby1000:

Thanks for the tip. I checked the pinheck board but couldn't find anything labeled optos. I reseated all of the connections anyways and haven't had the problem come back yet but would you be able to give me an idea on which connector it is so I can specifically look at that one when it happens again?

The game can repeat "dirty pool" when game wants to put up the ghost targets but (thinks) it detects a ball behind them. Try re-seating the opto connectors under the ghost.

That’s a great idea Herg. If it works, any plans on making it available, I have the same issue and haven’t been able to solve it

Quoted from herg:

I'd estimate I've put 50 or so games on AMH since installing the wonky star post, and I've had zero stuck balls. The post has not turned out of position. So, if anyone wants one and doesn't have access to a printer, I'll print you one. Just pay shipping.

Awesome, thank you. I'll send you a PM as I don't have access to a printer

Looks awesome!!
Maybe put together an "interested" list? I would definitely love to purchase a color upgrade if it were available. There's got to be enough past & future Spooky customers out there to get them motivated to try to make this happen.

I’d be in on this as well, great job @herg

Btw, thanks for the oval post by the bumpers. It’s awesome

Quoted from Lysurgeon:

How are people attaching the door to the bracket, then the bracket, to the servo? The screws I was sent are too small to hold everything together. Maybe some pictures or something, I don't know.

There's a video on youtube on this as well, see

Can’t find hobbyking or tactic servos anywhere, anyone know what a suitable replacement would be? Would eg tactic tsx47 work? Thanks
