Asking for $200 lower price than asking price does not sound like low balling to me, I'd think most buyers expect to be able to negotiate the price down a bit. The delivery ask does sound a bit extreme, but if you have the means to do that and the buyer not you could try to put a price on it (e.g. I'll deliver it for $100 or something) if the buyer first stops buy to inspect the game and pay for it - if you want a game driving 50 miles to inspect it does not sound like out of whack to me
