In the greater Chicagoland area construction, permits, etc. are always more time consuming than planned

Lots of SPACE...
OFFICE SPACE BY AMERICAN PINBALL CONFIRMED GUYS. :O
It appears you're making a massive investment in yourselves! That is good to hear! I think your next focus should be on licensing because you guys can make some good games but you need licenses. I would seek out smaller titles like Bill and Ted, or Friday the 13th, and your company will soar!
Good luck with the new digs! Looks like you have a lot of room to grow! Good to hear!
It is really looking amazing. Congratulations and best wishes !
Thank you for posting pictures. I hope you can do a follow up when done. And I hope you find your stapler. ( or check Nirmal's office )

they dont need licenses, just need better execution.
Houdini struggled with lack of whitewood and normal learning curves of new company.
Okt struggles with the kiddie style overrun on a distinctly adult theme.
Both themes are actually solid.
With nice new smooth pavement like that, at least when the machines are loaded on the truck, there will be no pot holes to damage the goods. I'm trying to remember what company had that issue and every product leaving their factory was defective from being jarred loose.
