Quoted from CrazyLevi:In my opinion things have only gotten worse in the last decade for "hobbyists."
Oh, I don't know.....Hobbit, FT, Alien, Nemo, Rob Zombie, Jetsons, etc.....

Quoted from CrazyLevi:In my opinion things have only gotten worse in the last decade for "hobbyists."
Oh, I don't know.....Hobbit, FT, Alien, Nemo, Rob Zombie, Jetsons, etc.....
Quoted from vdojaq:Interesting.....this is not the cabinet style I believe that is going to be used.
Sheesh...I thought Houdini was holding headphones there for a while!
I understand wanting a bit longer, but with the math of 5 minutes per person.....It's 50 minutes per only 10 people....
Quoted from hAbO:I loved the catapult that freely launches the ball at least a foot and a half up the playfield into a crate. What magic is this?
Gravity?
Quoted from Yelobird:An argument over Opera? That sounds like a playfield dimples forum battle.
Quoted from Multiballmaniac1:I really hope this game is as awesome as it looks
It is! When I saw that ball jump into the crate, I peed a little!
Quoted from rosh:I think I'll leave you guessing for now..
I'm taking what you say with a grain of sand!
Quoted from rosh:Magic glass is incredible, while I am no expert on the other products, they put a sheet on my machine one day and didn't tell me, I went to go do reach down to do something and smashed my hand into it, did not even realize it was there. One of the three games at the show has it so I am sure someone can give an unbiased assessment.
Hi! Is the glass made here or Germany?
Quoted from rubberducks:looks like it can compete with JJP, let alone Stern.
Looks that way to me also!
Game looks incredible! Played at Allentown and it looks like it gets better and better. I don't remember, when the pop thingys with the chains are hit, is there a chain shaking sound in there?
Quoted from flashinstinct:Rough sketch
VERY rough idea from flash's great design. I like things a bit more symmetrical. The A part would have the ball resting in the three curves.
ROSH, you are the BEST at keeping us all informed on the progress of this machine! Fantastic to watch!
Quoted from rosh:Yes it is, and before Ted asks, I don't yet have pricing on it.
So when.....oh, never mind....
Quoted from rosh:Amateur posters to this thread often miss asking about things before jumping to conclusions.
Quoted from rosh:There are about 20 machines that have finished standard playfield testing, and are in the completed cabinets, and are going through a second set of inspection by Joe, Jim and to a lesser extend me
Are any machines shipping with Magic Glass?
Quoted from Pinballpal:Does the game come with a knocker?
Quoted from rosh:I respect that you say what you think, even if you are totally wrong
I will smack him next time I see him....
Quoted from transprtr4u:however communication between customer and manufacturer in this case is beyond reproach!
Quoted from rosh:Want to make a quick introduction, Barry Engler barryj is the service manager here at American Pinball, and has decided to join the craziness that is pinside. Guess he figured he would rather hear about things directly vs me relaying the info.
Rosh....can you buy Heighway Pinball please....
Quoted from transprtr4u:So does this mean we will 2 AP reps dealing with all the questions?
2 reps...no waiting! Being available for the customer....what a concept!
Quoted from bemmett:How about Magic Glass anyone seen it in person yet?
Quoted from Ericpinballfan:Added some metal copper gears to lane returns and lower slings.
That looks GREAT!!
Quoted from rosh:beyond that I could see where improvements we make while working on Game 2
Announce that second game is Aliens or Alien vs Predator and I'll bring you a bottle of Sangre De Vida Corazon Tequila!
Quoted from Rdoyle1978:I’m holding out for a Deadly Spawn game !!
...and the rights would be free!
Quoted from rosh:Tempting offer, but a Lot of bad karma on those titles.
Yeah, but I think selling out of 500 machines would get rid of a lot of that karma....
Quoted from Ericpinballfan:Durability I don't think is an issue, there service rails, i actually think they are pretty durable and I have no flaking paint or scratches on mine.
If they were made out of solid 18K gold someone would complain....
Quoted from rosh:No doubt, especially if originally they were only going to be sterling silver.
Quoted from mcbPalisade:but the last time I checked I owned an EM, a SS and a Beagleboner.
