Quoted from rosh:

At MGC will be set to one player, one ball, but if that ball is less that X seconds you will get a second ball. Have not decided on X yet.

60 seconds

I just love those pop bumpers with the chains, and the launching ball lock. I only played 1 game of Houdini and it was fun.

Snakesnsparklers is proud to announce he is not a Distributor for American Pinball Inc. He played this game at the Midwest gaming Classic in Milwaukee last weekend and heard there was great response, lots of interest and some pre-orders. $0 Deposit (fully refundable) gets you on the list for a burrito. The quicker you are on our list sooner you will get a burrito when I'm available. I am located in WI. NO TAX if delivered to IL, IN, OH, etc.

Quoted from rosh:

Gates of that nature create a whole new set of issues since they can be more prone to double switch hits as the gate swings back, and while that can be a challenge on a ramp, it is a far bigger challenge to manage with a loop. While the aesthetics of two switches may not be ideal, so far they seem to function quite well.

I don't think it has bad aesthetics at all, just not a typical pinball design and I like it.

Quoted from DS_Nadine:

Is there an european distributor for any pinball machine/ company?
As far as I know RS Pinball from Austria got in touch with them,... but then again: Austria
(For our US-Friends: Austria != Australia)

Everybody knows that you are just proud Arnold Schwarzenegger comes from your motherland Australia. I hear Austria is nice too mate.

Looks like box porn

Good thing this is an "adult" website!

Quoted from Manic:

I haven't seen a privately owned machine with those PF mylars in over 25 years... from any company... why not simply include them in the bag and not stick them down?

Spooky does this!

Quoted from Manic:

Two big half moons in front of the slings? Really?

No, they include the mylar on a pre-cut sheet and leave it up to the end user to install it or not.

Quoted from Yelobird:

Way crazy thought but wouldn't it be cool if pinball companies offered a Museum type delivery option similar to when you buy a new Corvette! See your game go down the line, you put in the last screw, and they box it and roll it out to the lobby for it's maiden voyage home.... Just crazy talk as I know they have to test but it would be kind of interesting to have a photo documentary of the birth of your game. lol

That sounds like a nightmare from a manufacturing perspective.

For the match: Houdini tied up and shackled while hanging upside down in a tank of water. While he struggles to get out he exhales air bubbles that evolve into match numbers once they rise above the water surface. As Houdini completes the escape act the final match number is displayed.

They just need to ship one game this month to consider "shipping in December" and I still see that as a possibility, plenty of time left to get 1 game out

I think it's great that we see both boxing and unboxing photos on the same day

API cares hence their statement. I doubt it has any effect on current production, carry on.
