Quoted from PinMonk:Check the connections in the backbox. Sounds like something came loose.
Should have mentioned I did this, at first it said no HDMI cable connected, now just no signal
Quoted from LTG:I would reset each end of the HDMI cable and be sure both ends are in tight.
LTG : )
Yes indeed that is what I did first, but I will play with it some more today if I get time from getting other machines ready for RetroJax.
Quoted from bobukcat:Do the playfield LEDs ever light up, if you wait long enough does the game boot into attract mode?
No just back box lighting and no signal on LED, nothing else happens, especially no lights on the playfield
Quoted from bobukcat:Are any LEDs lit or flashing on any of the boards mounted to the side of the cabinet under the PF or the ones mounted to the bottom of the PF?
I will check these things when I get home in an hour, thanks for the help so far!
(Is the computer booting up? Take off the backglass and make sure when you power it up the computer is turning on, you should see a blue light on the right side. If not hit the power button and see it comes on, if not, check the power connection for it..
Even if the HDMI cable is an issue, I would expect you would see the game boot up on the small display.)
I will check this again tonight, thank you!
After a few minutes of it saying no signal this it what it looks like, FWIW. Back lit and dim spotlights, that is all
Houdini (resized).jpgThanks for the help but I will have to get back to this after RetroJax this weekend, got to pack the trailer now, leaving tomorrow so I guess next week it is, but again thanks for all the help!
Anyone ever have the issue of the computer not coming on? I have to take the back glass off every time I want to play and press the button on the computer. No issues after this. Any ideas on a fix? I turn it on and it is no signal, push that button and it works no problem, but why does it go off/asleep and not come on with the power switch? I know this is not correct just not sure how to solve this issue. TIA for any help
Quoted from rosh:sounds like the BIOS is messed up. is this a new issue? You will need to hook up a keyboard via the USB extension cable and reset it. I will send you some instructions to re-enable it.
Thank you for the instructions will work on this tonight. It started when the machine was packed and moved and upon setup again it happened. Again, thanks for the instructions! Love the game
