It's coming in the morning. It was delayed two days for some reason. My MET arrived right on time though, no issues.

Please let us know what trucking company was providing the (lack of) delivery service.
And I realize this damage was likely done at a distribution warehouse, and not due to delivery driver that arrived at your place.

Nope. Looks like a fork went through the box and into the bottom of the machine.
Replacement #3 here next week. Last one they have, hope they are more gentle with it.
Well I sat here today waiting for replacement #3. It never showed, Amazon apologized and offered me a nice discount since tomorrow will be day #6 I have had to sit and wait for a machine to be delivered or picked up. Then called 6 hours later to tell me that they were not authorized to give the discount I was promised. I explained to them that they needed to keep their promise or I would light them up on every pinball web site I can think of. How horrible that they cannot deliver a working machine, keep an appointment, or follow through with a promise.

What shipping company keeps on damaging your games 
I will say this, R&L delivered my WOZ yesterday and the box hardly even had a spec of dirt on it. It was as perfect as I could have hoped, and the driver even took it into my garage without a word of question. He got a decent tip of course but he did not know that was going to happen until he was ready to go. My previous shipped game by Estes had three holes in the box and one was very close to where damage would have occurred.
Meanwhile R&L played Humpty Dumpty with our machine. I don't know if Frax ever made a thread with pictures, but we walked into their terminal and found it on a partially broken pallet, completely upside down, glass everywhere, the remains of a broken pallet beside it.
That being said, probably completely due to the awesomeness of our seller we received everything we asked for in the claim that was filed. Doesn't mean the damage didn't happen, but it did allow us to repair it.
