We know that Amazon Hunt II & III are conversion kits.
Most of them are with French Proms, so question :
Are some US or DE Proms available for theses conversion kits ?
The NSM version is based on amazon hunt I, and uses SYS80A system board.
Can you read your game prom to check if the checksum is :
684A-2.cpu : EFED
684B.BIN : D58F
or something else ?
I have the following files with the following size and Checksums:
684-2.CPU 2K $EFED
684-S1 2K $78E1
684-S2 2K $57F0
U2-80A 4K $F126
U3-80A 4K $E596
Quoted from cro_pinman:
?!?... I have "Something Completely Different" it's NOT SYS80A board, its "original" NSM board !
Sorry, I haven't this information.
(For me as it is based on SYS80A game it may use the same cpu board, no information about this on ipdb).
Can you take some pictures of these boards ?
Maybe you have also thes schematics ? (Scanned in PDF ?)
Very, very interresting !
This is link for "The Games",same board(s) is for Amazon Hunt ; Tag Team and Hot Fire Birds
(have all those pinballs and Eproms, of course
Interesting. Definitely a different system as it uses the TMS9995 as the central processor. Thanks for posting.
In effect very interresting !
Studying schematics we can note than solenoids are driven by PNP transitors !
Most of manufacturers uses NPN transistors.
1) Can you send me the binary files for theses games ?
2) May it's interessting to post also these binary files and add also pictures of your boards / games on ipdb ?
3) Complete ipdb information on amazon hunt about mpu board ...
I have same NSM Amazon Hunt pin under repair.
Could you send me pictures form the main PCB?
There are few stange components on my.
