Agree 100% so long as the seller isn't trying to insist on NIB pricing because it barely been driven off the lot. For older pins this line is analogous to - these things go for $2k more on the internet/ebay. I don't fault someone for trying either line - what becomes a pain is when a seller won't move past it once BS is called.
