Williams, 1994The back button on my dip switches does not work on my Demo Man. The volume is up super loud and I am trying to find an alternate way to turn the volume down. I tried doing a factory reset, but the volume stayed up. I will eventually replace the dip switches, but would really like to get the volume down in the interim. Any ideas?
Did you go into adjustments and set minimum volume over ride to yes ?
Battery damage on the CPU ? It gets the diagnostic stuff first.
And at the CPU, get a wire - one end to ground and one end to the volume down wire in the connector - manual will help with which connector and pin it is.

Could be as simple as a wire broke off the switch. If not, just short the switch terminals together with a screwdriver.
