Alpine Club: Multiple problems

I am restoring a Williams Alpine Club machine, and I have the problems as I know of listed below:

-The reset bar for the tilt, game, game over, 300, and 500 relays is inconsistent in dropping when starting a game. There is no coin mechanism in the machine, but one push of a wired-in button starts the game. When the game over relay fires, if the bar stayed up it doesn't fall preventing game over

-The bonus wheel doesn't move freely at all. I assume it just needs lube, but if you have an idea let me know

- The ball count unit works great, but at game startup when everything resets and the ball kicks out, the game advances to Ball 2 right away. I understand the logic behind this because the lever to advance the ball count unit is after the ball kicker in the trough, but its still not right. Maybe it's an adjustment to the ball count unit?

- There is a solenoid that is hooked up to what I assume was supposed to be a bell, but it just hammers the metal making a knocking sound

- Lastly, since I'm new to pinball restoration, how come the coin door to the pinball machine has some AC current on it? I cant find the connecting wires to follow them but while I was making adjustments I would get the "AC current tingle" from a shock. The pinball machine when the door closes runs the score motor and keeps firing the ball count reset continuously. Sometimes the reset bar will reset and the cycle would continue until a lever was held down. When the door is open (as in the door is like one big switch), the machine runs like normal

Many thanks in advance!

Do you have a schematic?

Here are a couple ways this can happen on Gottliebs. http://www.pinrepair.com/em/index3.htm#shock
Measure the voltage on the door and that should give you a clue where it's coming from.
You should properly ground the machine so such a malfunction isn't dangerous.

Yes, and that is how I solved other prior issues, but the coin mechanism is missing and the schematic has the full coin slot mechanism in it.

Open its like 20ish volts and closed it's 0, so my guess is it's a switch for repairs and troubleshooting because it needed less attention to start when open than closed. All electric connections to the door were inspected and none were touching.
