    Did you ever get this taken care of? If not, did you test the corresponding transistors on the driver board, and possibly reflow that board or at least make sure there were no cold/cracked solder joints?

    Sadly, I’ve had some issues like that even with reproduction boards. Check the fuse clips on the PSB also. I’ve also had some of those be weak and break off right out of the box.
