Going to have to rebuild your connectors. The voltage reg is on the larger heatsink on the solenoid driver board. There is no adjustments. Also check your 12v as it us used to generate the regulated 5v.

Also are the fuses tarnished on the rectifier board? I would also verify what the transformer is tapped for, all your voltages are kinda low
