With the help of a known working board, i have pinpointed my issues to a bad chip at IC9. I found a few vendors selling in bulk, but i can't seem any individuals for sale. Any of the electronics wizards have any suggestions? Substitutes? R6504p. Ic replacements/logic/substitutes are well outside my knowledge base

That's a 6504 CPU chip. Not easy to find.

flippers.com in Canada might still have some, since they do allied leisure board repairs. You may have to email and inquire, since I'm not seeing them listed on the site.

Cool, thanks. I will send john an email

I have some spare NOS 6504s. PM me if John can't help.

You'll also want to verify that your 6530's are all good. They are all unique and fail often.
