Pretty simple explanation here - the prices did not match condition.
Many games were beat, unshopped, and in need of flipper rebuilds, but the price? Top dollar. I think negotiations are always expected at pinball shows, but some of the prices were so high that even offering HALF some of the asking prices would still have been a horrible deal for the buyer. I wish the prices were at least in the realm of having a conversation. Everyone I spoke to at the show agreed with that sentiment.
That said, it was a great show as usual. Tons of games on the floor, lots more vendors this year than ever. I was very happy to see such a great turnout despite the rain on Friday. See you next year!
