Hawkmoon suggests,make sure your pin is leveled correctly!! I thought mine was,but,upon release from the vengeance ball lock,the ball would go straight down the drain between the flippers! so be sure when you level the table,the ball hits the right flipper,or your never gonna be happy!! My high scores are around 45 to 55 mil.now and thats pitifal,but i endever to persavil 
,ha ha have FUN!!
