a fix from stern for this would be nice. It can be fixed in software, but that is about it, I do not know any physical fix for this.

This is a known issue with the Hulk movement. I even talked to George about it when I got my game. Stern sent me a couple back-up plastics if it breaks. I have only had one break so far. I wonder if a new skinnier plastic there would help to give his right arms better clearance.
