Took my drill press to it and made the holes go all the way through. Recessed the end so the bolt sits flush as well. Now my screw goes all the way through and spreads the stress across the hole cube vs just the bottom corner. So far it's holding up great. Just a suggestion for those with a cube that may have broke on you. I seem to be one of the rare ones that has had that problem though.

One of the settings allows for a stuck ball on the right side. I can't get a pic right now, but will follow up later.
Stern provided an extra post for making the game more friendly with their update kot. Only needed if you want to lower the I post, as the gap is too big without adding it.

AOTH is such a good mode, and as its a mini wizard mode, you should be able to reach it if your having a good game, not make it impossible. BFE should be very hard to get to though still.

Mine snapped almost identical to the above pic. I bought a new one from Stern through a distro and it was much thicker and made of what seemed to be better quality metal.

It's possible that they fell into the cabinet in transit, I would lift the playfield and look around.
Also, the backbox lock is #'d... You can always find a replacement key you can order for it.
